Terms and Conditions:
50% deposit required for all confirmed online reservations. Our 2 catamarans accommodate up to 6 reservation passengers, on each catamaran, totaling 12 passengers with both catamarans.
The captain will take the remaining 50% charter balance at the end of the completed charter.
You may pay your reservation balance due to your captain at the end of your tour. via credit card or cash.
Deposit will be refunded 100% less transaction fees:
If reservation is cancelled via email or text message within 48 hours ( 2 days) before the charter booking time.
Minimum cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for “holding the boat” for cancellation notice less then 24 hours from the online reservation booking time.
*American Express charges a non refundable 3% fee on all Transactions.
*All refunds are subject to non refundable credit card merchant service fees.
Off the Hook Adventures reserves the right to cancel any charter reservation for weather issues and safety concerns.
Off The Hook Adventures will refund the deposit 100% for any charters that we cancel.
Off The Hook Adventures Inc. is licensed and insured. All captains employed or contracted hold a current United States Coast Guard (U.S.C.G) License.
By making a payment and clicking the terms and conditions box, you and all passengers included in your reservation agree to the terms and conditions and release Off The Hook Adventures Inc. and captains from all liability associated with the inherent risks of boating, sailing, shelling, swimming, getting on and off the boat. Off The Hook Adventures Inc. and captains will not be liable for any potential, actual, alleged, or assumed injuries that may occur due to equipment failure, weather conditions, or accidents. All passengers participate in the charter at their own risk.
